Step 1 - Review Content

1. Login to KinfoPRO.
2. Open Founder Social Control.
3. Select a social post.
4. Review content, media and scheduled date.
5. Confirm that the content is suitable.

Step 2 - Approve & Schedule

1. Select an eligible social post.
2. Review the available approval action.
3. Approve the content when ready.
4. Schedule the post using available controls.
5. Verify the updated publishing status.

Step 3 - Manage Scheduled Posts

Depending on the current post status, founder controls may provide:

• Reschedule
• Cancel
• Skip
• Retry

Available actions depend on eligibility, ownership and the current workflow state.

Step 4 - Publishing Verification

Monitor the publishing status in the Command Center or Founder Control.

• Scheduled - Awaiting publishing time.
• Publishing - Execution in progress.
• Published - Recorded as published.
• Publish Failed - Publishing failed.
• Publish Unknown - Outcome needs verification.
• Skipped - Post was skipped.

Do not assume that a Publish Unknown result means the content was not published. Verify the outcome before retrying to avoid duplicate posts.

Step 5 - Social Campaign Control

Authorized users can use available campaign controls to pause or resume supported social campaigns.

Confirm the campaign status after performing the action.

Why is my post waiting?

Review founder approval, scheduling, media readiness and publishing status.

Can AI publish without founder approval?

The documented workflow includes founder approval requirements. Actual eligibility is enforced by the production application.

What if publishing fails?

Check the error and publishing status. Retry only when the system permits and the previous outcome is verified.

Why can't I reschedule a post?

The post may not be eligible for rescheduling in its current state.
